Programs vs. Courses
You’re likely familiar with the Programs if you subscribe to EkhartYoga. Programs are classes with a particular theme or purpose, such as developing a consistent practice habit. These classes are included in your EkhartYoga membership. You also have access to over 3,500 classes.
Academy courses provide more in-depth discussions of specific topics in Yoga in a workshop-style setting. Written materials often accompany these courses to help you learn. The Academy offers a variety of courses, from short classes to long-term online teacher training programs.
Academy courses offer a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow students and exchange ideas with knowledgeable teachers through our interactive comments section.
You can purchase the courses individually; no EkhartYoga membership is necessary.
