Scaravelli-inspired Yoga is inspired by Vanda Scaravelli’s teachings. Vanda was reluctant to have her approach turned into a “method” – so that’s why you will often see the style described as ‘Scaravelli-inspired’, acknowledging that you’re practising or teaching ‘In the Spirit of Vanda Scaravelli,’ as opposed to fixed rules.
Scaravelli-inspired yoga encourages you to move in waves and spirals that allow for a safe and slow release of tension. It also emphasizes a strong connection between the feet and your feet, which helps us feel more grounded and centred.
Scaravelli-inspired Yoga is not easy or soft, contrary to what you may think. It’s challenging, dynamic, focused, and dynamic. This practice recognizes the uniqueness of every body and encourages you inwardly to discover youryoga. It also invites you into daily life to reflect on how you move and breathe. Scaravelli-inspired yoga does not have a beginner or advanced level. Everyone is welcome to explore their own uniqueness and feel safe, secure, and centred. This yoga style is your friend.
