Your physical body is the most important aspect of your existence. The body is an instrument that can be calibrated to perform different activities. The human body isn’t comparable to any other animal in physical prowess. Take an insect, for instance, a grasshopper, and you will see that it can jump nearly 50 to 100 times the length of its body. You would need to leap 500-600 feet if you were five to six feet tall. You are not even close to Olympic heights if you compare yourself to an earthworm, termite, a termite or a grasshopper.
In the beginning, survival meant only getting one or two meals per day
We cannot compare our physical abilities with any other creature on the planet in terms of their physical strength. We were born with the ability to go beyond survival instincts. That is what is most important. As a human being, you can see life beyond survival and manage it. Instead of looking beyond survival, most humans have only raised the standard of their survival. In the past, survival meant only getting one or two meals per day. Survival today means having a BMW! This is a non-intelligent method of using the human mechanism. This mechanism offers a new possibility.
Physicality:
A stroke of paint is all it takes
Yoga refers to the human spine, the Merudanda. This is the axis in the universe. How is it possible for the spine to be the axis in the universe? Modern science considers all of existence to be a vibration. If you dig deeper, you will see that the same energy reverberates differently. Today we also know that creation, whatever it is, is in the laps of vast nothingness. Scientists are currently trying to name this dark energy. But even beyond that, there are still empty spaces. From the grossest physical entity to the Divine, it is the same base. It’s like a long painting stroke. At first, it looks thick. Then, it becomes thinner and thinner until, eventually, nothing. As a human being, you are closer to this emptiness in the creation process.
The spine is the source of the essential reverberation within the human body
The spine is the source of the essential reverberation within the human body. It goes further the more subtle it becomes. It will only stay put if it is very gross. It can get very subtle, and you can scatter it everywhere. Your ability to perceive the world will also be affected by the spread of your repercussions. What you refer to as “myself” in terms of your limited existence is what is happening right now. You are whatever is within your experience’s boundaries. Anything that is beyond your experience’s boundaries is another person or thing. You can expand the limits of your experience by refining your reverberations. It means that Shiva opened his Third Eye, which is a way to expand the limits of his experience. He is the center of his existence, and the rest is just a part.
The Time and Space Illusion
Modern science has proven that your notions of time and space are illusory. Both time and space can be altered in any way you like. It is possible to make something 1000 light-years away from here. It doesn’t matter if you are 10,000 years away or 10,000 years from now. Because here and now is all that exists. This is not mysticism. Modern science has shown that time and space are illusions. It is possible to make it do whatever you wish. Today, scientists argue that there is no time or space. They are correct. We know this because we have said that your spine is Merudanda. It is the axis in the universe. It can, at least, if you reverberate in certain ways.
What is the point of calling what you gather “myself”?
The body is an instrument. Is it going to be used to gather food for your family? Is it going to be used to accomplish feats? Are you going to use the device in the most efficient way possible? You can use it as an instrument if you first identify yourself from the body. It is not your body that you have gathered – it is simply food. How can you refer to what you gather as “myself”? What you gather may be yours for a time, but not you.
A miraculous instrument
The human body is a marvelous instrument. It will take many lifetimes to discover all of this. However, the entanglement of people with the body is so deep they can’t treat it as an instrument. They continue to identify with the body and feel so attached that they see it as “me”. It is easy to attach emotion to the body when you view it as “me”. We cannot use it as an instrument.
This body can be made into a Shava or a Shiva.
Bhuta Shuddhi yoga’s entire process is geared towards this goal – to be free of the five elements. You can effectively create space between your body and the five elements by distancing yourself from them.
You will feel the joy of knowing the type of machine you have been given once you’ve created a separation between yourself and your body. It contains all the elements of freedom and bonding. This can be made Divine by moving your energy system so that your body can become a deity. You can also be a corpse. You can make this body into either a Shava or a Shiva. Shava is a corpse. Shiva is the ultimate. It all depends on how you use it. It can perform in ways you never thought possible for a human being.
